Staff gave sufficient time to wander and test out what we were looking for. I think the staff members name was Thomas, but he was brilliant. Diplomatic, realistic, humorous. He had the sofa we were looking for, and gave us brilliant reassurance.

Great customer service from Josh who was very helpful

We knew what we were looking for but not sure where to find it. Ended up in DFS Warrington and the staff were so helpful. They welcomed us in to the store and left us to browse. Stepping in to help when they realised we needed it. Ended up going away to think about our purchase but returned the next day for more advice and information. The lady that served us was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We ordered what we wanted with her and left the store. Hats off to your staff at that store.

Good quality furniture and no pushy sales people. We were left to look around as long as we wanted and when we were ready to buy, the sales lady was brilliant. Would recommend.

It was an off the cuff walk around DFS just browsing and not feeling pressured by anyone to purchase anything, however when we did eventually decide we wanted to make a purchase, staff were really helpful and talked us through all of our options. Thank you Rhys for your help.

Wonderful Service at DFS Hereford

I had a fantastic experience at DFS in Hereford. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to the gentleman who helped us choose our sofa — he was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. I don’t remember his name, but I know he was from Leominster.

His help made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and would wholeheartedly recommend DFS Hereford to anyone looking for a sofa. Wonderful service from start to finish!

Made welcome at the store, but left alone to browse at our leisure. When we narrowed our choices down the sales people were on hand to explain everything to us. We even had a coffee whilst choosing our suite.

We where welcomed straight away, felt very reasured throughout.
