It seems the norm these days, that companies are focused on selling. Its when there are issues that shows how good or bad customer service is. My LG tv bought from Ellis at Richer Sounds, and less than 3 months old, refused to work. After messaging Richer Sounds to log the issue, I decided to contact LG direct hoping to speed things up, being keen not to miss the World Cup and the golf open on the 77 inch screen. To cut a very long story short. LG's customer services was deplorable.
Ellis got involved and arranged a replacement tv, which arrived within 7 days. Ellis and his manager Sam kept me informed throughout. It's so refreshing these days to be able to deal with a company that actually phones you back and doesn't hide behind a barricade of technology, with endless hoops to jump through before you finally hang up in frustration.

Excellent service and knowledge from the telesales agent,friendly and helpful he reduced the price of the product without a quibble as I had found the item considerably cheaper elsewhere. Also really good delivery service. Full marks all round.

The 'we are are rewind' unit seems ok, bluetooth a bit fiddly to set up but getting there!

Good service

There was an issue with delivery and Customer Service got in touch and sorted out the problem and compensated me for the inconvenience. excelent service and the person was very polite and understanding.

Checked stock of wanted TV via email and store manager replied in minutes saying he had put it aside. Picked up on way home from work and they loaded it into the car. All sorted in less than an hour start to finish!

Once again RS you have excelled on price and delivery times, I ended up paying for next day delivery because we realised we would not be at home later in the week. Box arrived damaged and soon found tv screen was broken, many thanks to your team that sorted a replacement out for 8.30 am the following day, however this box was also damaged but TV was working ok. Our son uses a certain selling site and now refuses to use this courier due to damaged articles.

Great customer service

I bought an LG G5, from curry's and was awaiting delivery. It was £2300. I then saw that Richer Sounds was offering the same TV but at £1899 and including an LG sound bar, worth £799. WHAT A DEAL!!! Naturally I cancelled the order with Curry's. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the delivery date from Richer Sounds. However, they pulled out all of stops and honored the delivery date that had been promised!! They always answer the phone quickly and no question is too much trouble for them. Exceptional service.
