Richer Sounds helped me out of a tight spot. The Hisense STP I bought developed a fault (dead pixel). As it was still under warranty, Hisense were responsible for fixing it. The day before the courier was going to pick up my unit for repair, I received an email stating that the firm they use for repair had gone into receivership and my call-out was cancelled.
Hisense then knocked the ball back to Richer Sounds who said I could either accept a refund in full or a replacement unit which was the new version of my STP. Not only did I get a better unit but for £200 extra I upgraded to the IMAX capable version. A result all round. Richer Sounds were very quick to resolve this issue, courier was sent to drop off new unit and pick up the old one. Well done.

From my first phone enquiry to Richer Sounds re the TV I was interested in till the moment a gentleman called Medi walked away from my house having set up the TV all I can say is what fantastic service this company supplies.
This isn’t the first experience with them the last time was with the Romford branch. This time was with the Chiswick branch. On each and every occasion the service is above 1st class.
I will always use them.

An absolutely 1st class service. Damien, Matt and Paddy, were so helpful, and certainly knew there stuff. Pointed me in the right direction, to cater for my needs. Excellent prices and a blue light discount. Kept in touch all the way with deliveries and stock levels, and topped it off with ground breaking 6 year warranties. Cant think of anything to improve upon, and will certainly recommend them 👏😀

The staff have a very limited perspective of how to build synergy in a system, and are completely oblivious to not only what is available outside of Richer Sounds but also oblivious to what the trends and products are that are being talked about; eg. in Hifi magazines and YouTube channels. It’s a general lack of expertise. So they very much come across as Salesman. Having said that, they are generally nice enough. I just wish I knew less about Hifi than they seem to. Also, the delivery was supposed to be next working day (Monday) but arrived on Saturday (when I said I might not be around). The delivery was split in two for some reason (among my items, were a pair of speakers, and even they were across 2 deliveries). Very luckly, I was around to be in receipt of the deliveries.
