Salesman Will approached us on entry, asked what we were looking for.
Told him specifications, leather etc.
Told him rough budget.
He took us round store and showed other sofas but grades of cushion firmness and colour's.
Between us we worked out best fit.

Really good customer service, not pushy sales just helpful, patience assistance! Very nice product range and much better than other sofa stores because the choice of fabrics/colours can be applied to any other sofas not just specific styles! Very happy

The sofa is comfortable and the service in the shop was good. So why the 1* review? They made the sofa in the wrong material! Not all of it no, I would understand how that could happen but mine was made in velvet (like I asked for) with a leather back rest!!! It looks horrible. It then took about a week to hear from anyone about it. It’s now going to take 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!! To get the new covers for the back rest. Are they sorry? Not in the least. Safe yourself a headache and just buy a sofa from somewhere else.

I had a really excellent experience from start to finish at poltronesofà in Aberdeen.

Michael greeted me with a cheerful “ciao” and took the time to explain how poltronesofà works. Rather than simply choosing a sofa exactly as you see it in the showroom, you can choose the style you like and then tailor it with your preferred fabric or leather and colour. It gives you far more flexibility than I had expected.

I was looking for something quite specific — a relatively small sofa to fit into a fixed space — and Michael was extremely patient. He took me around the options that would work, talked me through the different choices and then managed to make my preferred sofa work for the space I had available.

At no point did I feel rushed or pushed towards anything. The service from beginning to end was excellent, and the whole process was very easy.

I would thoroughly recommend the Aberdeen store and, in particular, Michael. Friendly conversation, witty throughout and clearly very experienced at what he does. A genuinely first-class customer experience.

we went to Poltronesofa Chesterfield just to have a
look at the sofas the lady who we saw helped us a lot
and what we saw is what we wanted a 4 seater sofa.

Furniture arrived when advised and being boxed rather than fully assembled made getting the settee and armchair into my house much easier. No problem with the furniture other than the easy glide pads were not delivered. I phoned and was put through to the shop where the furniture had been purchased from and then go to the shop to collect them.

Delivery men were very friendly and polite.
