The team at Richer Sounds South Croydon offered great advice on the headphones I was purchasing. They ordered a pair for me to try out, and contacted me when they arrived in-store.
The price of the headphones had recently fallen and the team applied the pricematch promise. As ever, a great experience from friendly and knowledgable staff.

Ordered a Pure H4i Internet/DAB+ radio click and collect for next day collection. I was informed when it was available to collect from the Middlesbrough store. Upon collection, was served promptly by polite staff as always.

Amp arrived super fast. I had not anticipated that the amp would arrive the day after I bought it and earlier than anticipated. Price was competitive, order process easy and product well packaged and protected. Excellent work

Top staff and best value electronics there is going. They are not pushy and don't recommend you to have the best/most expensive. They gave a 10% discount on an already-discounted TV, and then helped me carry it out and load it in the car. I will be returning!

I purchased a Cambridge music streamer. I'm not very tech and staff explained all I needed to know to get me started. I was given advise on other streamers too before I made my choice. Unlike other well known stores I've shopped in Richer Sounds staff are so knowledgeable about all their products and not pushy. After sales service was amazing too and if I had any problems installing my equipment I was offered staff to come to my home and set it up. I recommend anyone to shop at Richer Sounds before any other store.

They were running late. The slot was for 4 - 7pm. At 5pm, got a note saying running up to 3 hrs late. Told drivers, via contact form, do not bother, I will be out.
But, they came to an empty house. I gave plenty of info, but they disregarded it, or couldn't see it.

Id like to thank the staff of Richer Sounds for their outstanding customer service, across several branches - Sheffield, York and Hull. Today at Hull, Kal went above and beyond to patiently explain and recommend products which met my needs. He gave us insightful information and was pleasant and supportive. A great deal was achieved and I am looking forward to trying out my new products. Thanks Kal and the Richer Sounds Team. Great Staff and service.

Bombarded with emails and marketing once I used them - disappointing

The Southgate team were brilliant. I bought an Argon turntable. Everything explained in the shop and item delivered to my home 2 days later. Really great, personal service. Thank you.

I was only 'browsing' in the store, when my eye caught a Magnetar Blu Ray player on offer.
The colleague gave me a detailed description of the players video quality and more importantly, its audio playback, highlighting the DAC. If that wasn't enough, I was treated to a little 'viewing session' in the onsite bespoke cinema room!! That sealed it for me.
