quick delivery, good product

I found an amplifier I had bought did not fit slot in the console. Your salesman Terry found me a more appropriate amp and arranged for for collection of the first amp and deliver of new amp. The whole process was seamless. Excellent service.

The staff at the Hull shop and at the service department were very helpful as we had trouble with our old tv we were told the could not get part for my tv. You gave us some money to get us a new tv thanks.
The shop staff gave us on advice on what tv was best for us and a new stand. the delivery service and set was very good. 5star all round on sales and service thanks will use you again. Kind Regards Harold Kennedy.

Customer service is still alive!

Had to deal with branch to get required tv delivered. Initial process was fine until TV picked up by delivery people. From then on, process went haywire- too much to explain. The staff did try their best to be fair, but the only thing that really disappointed me was that I was promised a call back on 5 separate occasions, but never got one, and I had to ring back myself every time to try, and get an update..
I was in retail for years and if you said you were ringing a customer back, that is what you did, even if you had no new info. But I will say they did sound genuine and I believe they did want to help, but didn't quite do things right.
The TV has arrived now, but I would not order from a store again as the delivery company were woefully poor.
On a positive note, as long as I can order from the warehouse, I will still always use Richer Sounds as they have always proved to have best prices, and the guarantees actually mean something to them.

I just can not find anything negative to say about this retailer. We've bought three TVs over the past few years and we always have perfect service. With my latest purchase, there was a technical problem and I was helped to correct this. When you email the store you get a prompt reply from a real person. They are polite and know what they're talking about. Richer Sounds really do know what customer service is all about, and I think this is very important, as it's sadly lacking in many areas with many other retailers. I have no problem in giving them 5 stars.

I dealt with Garry over the phone. He was fantastic and really helped me out. His knowledge and customer service was excellent. However, I can't say the same about the manager & deputy in my local store. They were no help and made me feel little.

Had a faulty unit and they exchanged it immediately.

I was after a specific product after reading some reviews. Visited the London bridge shop to get a view of the item. Some details were highlighted regarding the TV which I was unaware of by the employee. I decided to purchase the product by phone. Process was painless and straight forward. Delivery was quick, efficient and installation was done in less than 5 working days working around my schedule.

Paul & Karol did an excellent job and kept us informed about the time of the delivery. They were very courteous and even went so far as to remove their wet shoes to protect our carpets.

Ordered items - one was out of stock but was kept updated, items arrived well packaged and delivery team offered to install. Great service
