Prompt efficient service.

Easy delivery by Gareth and Mark, kept me informed, no problems. Would definitely use Richer Sounds again, the cheapest price for a quality Tv. Bought from the Stockport store, again nice easy no problems.

I just want to thank Jo and Tim at the Chiswick branch who took so much time to go through various options of Amplifiers and also gave me various options regarding future set ups with my turntable and surround sound . So good to have a company where the staff are passionate and the range is enormous. Was great to be able to buy something from their warehouse and collect it the next morning from the shop

I have used Richer sounds for years now because their prices are very competitive. When going into the shop the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. But even when i cannot make it to the shop and order online i am kept up to date with the order and delivery process. The delivery guys are also very friendly and take care when delivering my item into my house.
What more do i want from a company?
