Superb service once again from the staff of Richer Sounds, Leicester. My first foray into vinyl and am so pleased with the kit. Jason's help ensured I was very happy with the items chosen, and I'm looking forward to spending more £££ on lots of vinyl. Sounding great so far!

Ordered a Hisense 32in freely TV after a little research, called the sales line and spoke with a friendly sale member who price matched another store and then gave me an extra 10% TV arrived the next day and it couldn’t have been any easier to purchase a TV. Thank you very much to your friendly sales.

Price of tv delivery was excellent

Phoned into site and checked to see if they had an item in stock that was part of the sale. Tom, went to check as did have one to ensure was not already reserved (this was 14:00 hrs on a Sunday), it was not, so asked for it to be reserved and advised would be with them in about 40 mins. On arrival, was welcomed by Marc, whom asked if could help, I advised that had reserved an Denon audio system. He check it was behind there counter. I then asked about 3 portable radios again in the sale, he checked had all 3, but advised once was just a speaker. Looked at the other two and went with the Pure Classic H6, it had want i wanted on it function wise, but no idea what was like (not the way normally buy as research items to death). Marc sorted this for payment. Literally on way out, then checked on speaker stand. They had a pair Mission Stance which went for. More work for Marc. Appreciated the staffs time and as ever the friendliness. Got out at 16.00. 3 items heavier, but am happy.

The team at the Brighton store managed to get a Chord M Scaler for me direct from the manufacturer then due to be delivered direct to my house with a six year guarantee included. They really went the extra mile so I could continue to use Richer Sounds as my preferred provider because of the outstanding customer support.

Trav and Mark were spot on..arrived in the time slot having given us 30 mins notice....offered to take off thier shoes before coming in the house...both very polite and efficient...took pics of the delivery location....all done in minutes!....great lads.5 star

There were no problems. I have always found the Oxford branch to be helpful and, above all, honest. They are happy to avoid me having a wasted journey by paying for items up front over the phone (e.g. cables) and then putting the items to one side for me to pick up. Very useful.

I went to buy a new record deck but was undecided on which one to buy, all my questions were answered by the shop manager. All the discounts were taken off the purchase price without asking and we were told it could be 4 to 5 days for delivery. Delivery came the next day, the shop staff were very helpful and extremely efficient.
