Richard Sounds is a truly wonderful company. We have always as a family bought from the above.last month one of my nephews noticed our Samsung 75”TV picture was not as sharp. Spoke to the manager in Glasgow store who informed me we were still in warranty by One month of a Six year term ! he arranged for TV to be checked and picked up back by company called TVR the back lights were replaced and TV is as good as new.We have never had to use this facility but on this rare occasion we did and it was stress free. My tv stopped working so I contacted customer service and they said it wasn’t worth fixing so I got 10% off the price of the tv for every year I’d had it. So I still had enough money left to put towards a new tv which was in the VIP sale. Worked out as an absolute bargain. The staff at Richer sounds Preston took the order for my new tv and it was delivered to me the next day. Thank you Harrison and Matt at that branch more than helpful all the way. And Ilias at customer service too. Me now am a happy happy Customer and I always am after dealing with Richer Sounds.Need I say more I could but I’d be writing for a week

Superb service. Knew all the answers I needed to make a purchase of a LG C5 55" TV on the phone. Arrived at the shop, in Plymouth, and left literally 5 minutes later having purchased exactly what I wanted. TV arrived the following day. Courier was polite, helpful and had the TV connected to the LG SC9S soundbar/stand and watching it within 15 minutes of it being delivered. Awesome service would highly recommend.

We visited the Milton Keynes store and was assisted by Gilbert who was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
He answered all our questions and we purchased a 42* Samsung Oled.
Have just put it up son wall so obviously too soon to say about product but all seems great.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a company I had never used before, and I don’t normally bother leaving reviews, but I felt this deserved one.

I spoke to Rob, who arranged next-day delivery for my TV and also saved me £130. He genuinely bent over backwards to help me.

A lot of companies would have just pushed you through their website and taken the extra money, but these guys were honest, helpful, and clearly care about their customers.

They are absolutely legit, really nice people, and I think that shows in their reviews. I honestly wouldn’t order from another retailer now.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d have to give them a solid 10.

Ordered tv over the phone. Didnt have to pay on ordering. Discussed delivery options and was told when tv would be in the shop. I got an email as promised when it arrived. I picked it up a couple of days later and it was carried to my car for me. All straightforward.

Great company. Delivery info was very good with a 3 hour time slot. They arrived within the designated time and carried the tv in to house and put where my daughter requested. She said they were very friendly and helpful and even gave her some tips about the set up of our new tv.

Bought an LG TV in 2022 and, as a VIP customer, had a free 6 yrs guarantee. The magic remote developed a fault (selector wheel collapsed). On Tuesday this week, I spoke to Pete at my local branch in Exeter who confirmed the remote was covered and arranged replacement. Just 2 days later a new one was delivered to my home address! Amazing service as always from Richer Sounds. Everyone should look to Richer Sounds for their audio visual tech. Many thanks.
