Well done Norwich store.

The shop and staff have been so helpful and have sorted out a slight problem I had with a product. We have come to a solution and I am hoping to do more business with richer sounds Norwich. Well done to Tony Matt and John.

I understand from speaking to the colleagues that the Bravia 9 is the third television we’ve supplied in recent weeks in a bid to help you find a product that you are completely happy with, including accepting a return on the first 77" TV mentioned in your review without its original packaging and outside of our normal returns policy. I’m sorry, of course, that you have had reason to be unhappy with our recommendations and I will be reviewing the series of events with the store manager and his team.

They did want to apologise for the delay in responding to your most recent correspondence, which I understand relates to your dissatisfaction with a specific aspect of the current TV's performance. However, I'm pleased to see that contact has now been re-established and that we are working with you to address your concerns. Our customer service team will also follow up directly to ensure the matter is resolved and, if I can be of any assistance in the meantime, please do let me know.

Hopefully you will believe from the 98% of positive Trustpilot reviews that we will always attempt to put right problems, in the rare occasions where things inevitably go wrong.

System Enhancement. Following my recent purchase of a pair…

Following my recent purchase of a pair of Argon Audio Forte powered speakers from Richer Sounds for my TV set up, I decided to add some bass to the system. With limited space and after detailed research, I went with the 6” Argon Malmo subwoofer.

I happily returned to Richer Sounds (Sheffield) as my initial experience with them was certainly 5*. Once again they did not disappoint.

Excellent service, sound advice, competitive price all combined with super fast delivery that has, once again, made me a very happy customer and perfectly satisfied with the results of the enhancement to my system.

Highly recommended, thank you!

Bought these to replace my Sony xm3

Bought these to replace my Sony xm3. Sound quality is great with voices much clearer, as is the bass. Very comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery lasts for an age. Excellent price and service from Richer Sounds as usual. Very happy with my purchase.

I have been purchasing hifi products…

I have been purchasing hifi products from Richer Sounds since Julian opened the first store at London Bridge and have always been a satisfied customer. In recent years, I have found the staff at the Norwich branch to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Had problem earlier in week with…

Had problem earlier in week with missing invoice - sorted very quickly- then problem with tv under warranty but no logger being repaired (Panasonic) spoke to Luke at Cheltenham store and he went the extra mile to sort out replacement tv to my satisfaction.No other company would go such lengths for customer satisfaction.Well done Luke top mam
